ideas to get cigna ins. in az to approve me?

Hi, I am suppose to turn in my paperwork on Tues to be fowarded to my ins for approval. Angelia told me I need to show 3 different diet plans that I have been on in the past year. I have gone to and I am still going to tops and that will not be a problem. But I joined Weight watchers 6 mo ago and I have no proof of it except the books. I called them today and they no not keep records. Also I did well on atkins when I could stick to it. My Dr. did send a letter but Angelia does not feel that is enough. Help!!!!! Any ideas?
