Does anyone have experience with Dr Charles Daniel Proctor of Georgia

Has anyone had surgery with Dr Proctor of Gainesville, Georgia? He has been associated with Dr Wittgrove (Carnie Wilson's surgeon)on Spotlight Health, but I can't find anyone who's actually been a patient.
