How do you get rid of all the gas after having an endoscopy (preop)?

I'm preop and had an endoscopy done Tuesday morning because of experiencing acid reflux every day. I went back to work Wednesday and have been having gurgling, loud sounds coming from my stomach, along with a lot of gas. It is so embarrassing and nothing seems to help. Does anyone have any suggestions on getting rid of it? Also, how long does it last?
