Do the 2grams of sugar listed on Tums' label make you dump?

I've been told that taking Tums is an excellent way of getting calcium in my diet..but when I bought the Tums I noticed the label shows 2gms of sugar, and sugar is the first ingrediant listed. Has this caused anyone to dump?
