Does this happen to anyone else??
I have started to notice a pattern now that I am almost 6 months post-op. Whenever I am due for my period, and after it starts, I notice I get hungrier, and I crave sweets more. The only real sweet I eat to curb the craving is a little cool whip on sugar free pudding, or something like this. But I seem to be hungry all the time during this!! Eating little snacks- I am eating healthy snacks such as peeled apples, 1/2 banana, jerky, and my protien shakes of course, among other things as well. I also noticed that I was almost 3lbs heavier on the scale this morning!! I almost fell over!! IS THIS NORMAL?? Should I stop snacking altogether? Should I be able to eat an entire apple? I guess I just need some major advice once again!!!!!! Oh Yeah, I am down 88lbs(except this morning only down 86lbs!!)
