BCBS ins pay to get excess skin from arms and legs?

Can a person get their insurance company pay for removal of excess skin from arms and legs? How? I am asking this question on behalf of my aunt that is almost 1yr post op and has almost reached her goal weight of 130lbs. Does anyone know how much these surgeries cost? How much?
