I'm trying to choose an Individual Policy~HELP!! PacificCare and HealthNet

I might be able to buy an individual policy and am not sure who to go with. Right now I have OHP with ODS as my medical. However, getting OHP to pay is tough and I don't know if I want to fight for the next year. Has anyone had any luck with PacificCare, HealthNet, or Mutual of Omaha? Please let me know, any info would help. Thanks~
