Can anyone please give me the names of Pacificare PCP'S who support WLS?

I live in Colorado and am new to Pacificare. I am looking for the names of Pacificare Primary Care Physicians in Colorado who are supportive of WLS referral requests. Can anyone who has had WLS and had Pacificare as their insurance carrier please tell me who your PCP was?
