Has anyone ever had an enlarged liver due to this surgery?

I had some blood work done recently, and the liver function test came out high, meaning that my liver is enlarged. The Doc. is not sure why, but thinks it could be from bruising or bumping during surgery, However I am almost 4 weeks post-op and I would think if that is the case than it would be healed by now. Otherwise, I feel terrific!! Best thing I have ever done for my health!! Thanks everyone
