I CAN'T FIND A PSYCHIATRIST~

My PCP wants me to go ahead and get a Psych Evaluation so that we can submit it to the insurance company with the request for surgery payment. My Problem is I can't find a Psychiatrist in my area. Anyone from the Salem, Oregon area who has had this done and can help? I have ODS Managed Health Plan through The Oregon Health Plan. Thanks A Lot!
