Aetna vs. Kaiser - QUESTION.

I currently have Kaiser in So. California but am considering switching to Aetna (which I had a couple of years ago). Kaiser has a requirement that you be within their network for a year. Does anyone know if Aetna has the same requirement? If I switch to Aetna, I don't want to have to wait another year to begin a "new" WLS process. Thanks.
