Has anyone had any experiences with Mercy Health Care, HMO (MOSERS)?

My primary ins. is Mercy Health Plans HMO, through Missouri State employers and I also have Medicare Part A (ONLY), due to disability (rhuematoid arthritis). What do you think my chances are?????
