Question about Regence HMO Oreon

Has anyone had any success with Regence HMO Oregon through Oregon Health Plan paying for WLS? The surgeon I am interested in seeing recommended that company, also does anyone know of a Dr.Graven in the Salem/Keizer/Independence/Monmouth area? He was recommended by my surgeon as a PCP but I need a first name. Thanks
