I need help with my insurance company!

I am currently 6 weeks post-op. My problem was with my primary insurance which is by my employer. The surgery was denied by my carrier, even after several appeal letters, including one by my PCP. My husbands insurance covered the surgery. but not at 100%. I would like to pursue trying to get my primary insurance to pay. Does anyone know an attorney, or some other support that may be able to assist me? The reason my insurance was denied was because "no coverage for "weight loss". so it was an exclusionary clause, but did not specifically state WLS . Thanks, Karen
