I am trying to identify insurance companies that 1) insure obese persons

self-employed...not able to purchase group insurance. Surely there must be some insurance companies that sell INDIVIUAL policies and also pay for weight loss surgery. Does anyone know what companies do this...I don't really care where in the country they are, though I am in Illinois. Thank you!
