How much do you estimate you spend monthly on vitamins and supplementals.

I am on a limited income and would really appreciate an idea of what people are spending a month in vitamin supplements and additional protein drinks. I realize I would be spending less than what I spent on food,but am curious what the cost would be on these supplements. Thank you
