How do I get my before and after photo on my profile?

I have finally let someone take an "after" picture of me, just today. 6 months after surgery. I have both my before and after pic's scanned and saved as a single Jpeg. Now what do I do to get it onto my profile, as well as into the photo gallery? Thanks --
