Calling all Tricare Insures. PLEASE HELP

Ok everyone, wow the months have flow my hubby has lost is final pound and filled out his final paperwork and we will know our first duty station by early nov. Hubby is the best he lost wait and is going back in the army just to get the insurance for me to have surgery. Here is my question Which tricare insurance should we choose that has the better payout for the surgery. I am sure i do not want the surgery on post(army base). I have been researching this but i would just like people with the difference insurances to list copays etc they might have had to pay.
