4 yrs Post Op... Hair loss.. HELP!

I have been experiencing hair loss off and on since my surgery. I bought the Sally Beauty brand of Nioxin, I've used it two mornings and it seems my hair loss is WORSE! I take Biotin also. What else can I do? It's depressing! What doctor do I go to? Anyone ever have their hair come back? I'm scared that I won't have anything left. Thanks in advance for all replies.
