My pre-op ultrasound shows NO left ovary, a fatty, enlarged liver, enlarged spleen,

Where did my ovary go? I see many of us have a fatty liver (makes sense), but how about the enlarged spleen? I'm having no luck getting the md's to state if this is of any significance (or even talking to one!)
