Has anyone had TT when having dropped bladder repaired?

I think I have a dropped bladder, and need to have it repaired, and wondered itf anyone had had both done together to cut down on out of pocket costs. My TT is all out of pocket so trying to cut corners if possible to have it done. Any help will be appreciated
