I have found a great source of protien!
Just a little proien info. As I have lost more weight and my life has gotten busier I have found it is harder to get my protien in just because I am so darn busy. I finally found a great way to get in all my protien everyday. I eat Blue Bunny Carb Freedom yogurt (Walmart) mixed with Any Whey tastless protien powder (GNC) this gives me a total of 26g of protien. I eat at least one every day for breakfast. If I am low for the day in protien I have another in the evening. Just wanted to pass on a good thing!
