Pregnancy or plastic surgery first?

Hi, I am 13 months post op and down 158 pounds (yeah!) I only have about 30 more pounds to lose. I have an extreme amount of sagging skin which I would like to start looking into getting rid of through plastic surgery. However, my husband and I aren't sure if we are going to have any more children. Has anyone had the surgery (TT, body lift, breat lift, etc), and then gotten pregant after that?
