Has anyone had trouble with breast reduction denial by Anthem Bluecare??

Has anyone had trouble being approved for breast reduction (post-op) through Anthem Bluecare? I just saw my doctor yesterday and though he feels as though I may not have trouble getting approved, he has seen Anthem/Blue care being much tougher with approvals. Has anyone had trouble? If so, were you able to eventually get approved? Thanks!!
