I had surgery 8-27-02, my starting weight was 371 and I am now at 178,

I have recently set a goal that I would like to get to around 160 lbs by Christmas/New Years and then maintain that goal for at least one year before considering plastic surgery. Does this seam like a reasonable/realistic goal?Thanks!! JLE 371/178/160
