Help! Stomach pains at 7 months

I know I should have called my nurse about this yesterday, but it's too late for that now...so, I need your help. I am 71/2 months post op and on Thursday, I started having pains in my pouch area every time I ate or drank anything, which would then set off a terrible bout of gas...even though I haven't tried any new foods. Then, yesterday (Friday), it got to the point where I almost hated to eat anything because I would have such stabbing pains in my pouch area...but only for the first 3-4 bites (about 5 minutes), which then would lead to terrible gas. So, now today (Saturday), I woke up with my stomach/pouch area hurting, which I have never had happen. I started drinking my water, and took my iron & C, and it wasn't as painful as yesterday but, seems to have set off a terrible bout of gas already this morning. I am also moderately bloated in my stomach area and it is uncomfortable to put pressure on my stomach. I wouldn't worry so much if it was just the gas...but the stabbing stomach pains when I eat or drink (especially if it's anything but a small sip) are quite frustrating at this point. Does anyone have any idea what this could be from? And, yes, I already had my gall bladder out. Thanks! I appreciate your help!
