Please rescue me from this wild itchiness!!!!!!

I have read that others have experienced this horrible horrible itching post-op. I'm 3.5 weeks out and have never itched so bad in my life, from head to toe. I'm drinking my water, moisturizing three hundred times a day and NOTHING HELPS!!!!!!! Does anyone have some magical remedy? I'm ready to remove my skin! I can't sleep and I am truly going mad. SAVE ME!!!
