Alternatives to Suppositories

Not my most favorite topic, but I need to ask it anyways. Our preop instructions state the requirement of a suppository the night before surgery. Giving myself a suppository is without question NOT an option for me. Has anyone else used an alternative solution? I was looking at products like Fleet Phospho Soda Oral Saline Laxative, which does state it is used for pre op patients. I am not asking for medical advice, just for personal suggestions.
