My hair has been thinning since about 4 months it is starting to come back but very

very slowly. Problem is I cannot do a thing with it If I put a relaxer it may start falling out again. I considered braiding but that can be a strain on the hair also. My hair is very soft and frizzes easily. I need a relaxer bad and I don't know what to do as far a styling options????? help
