Hi, does anyone know if we can take those new Chewable Excedrin Tabs

Hi, does anyone know if we can take those new Excedrin Chewable Tabs you can take without water. Tylonol does nothing for me and it never has. If anyone knows I would appreciate any help. I know that you are not supposed to take aspirin but if Tylonol doesn't work what do you do when you get a really bad headache or arthritis pain. Thanks
