How long it will take my approval......

We live in Texas now, but we came just last year from California, so by my husband's work we got Humana PPO, After a couple of weeks that I received my card I began with all my paperwork for my surgery. My question is, Do you guys think that I will be rejected easily because I am new with the insurance company?. My BM, 46, and thank's GOD, no too many health problems yet, in my booklet said they accept the surgery if it's over 40(BM), I guess I am nervous to hear something, because from my surgeon's office they sent my papers on April 3, and they did received them, but they told me to don't call the insurance, because they will handle everything for me.
