Could this be a hernia?

Hi! I am 15 months post op and for the past few months I have been having sharp pains in my stomach. They are like shooting pains. Sometimes I it almost takes my breath away that I have to stop what I am doing. Also sometimes when I left my arms I feels like something is bulging out. This happens right below where my bra strap is. Could this be a hernia? TIA Tracy
