I'm 7 months post op RNY 275-88=187lbs

I was wondering if what I'm eating is too much. I can eat a footlong subway sandwich that takes me 1 day to eat with nothing else to eat, its baciclly breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I get the club one thats sopose to be low fat, I put everything on it except mayo. with wheat bread. I do this so I know how much calories I'm consuming in 1 day so about 400 I just started this but i need some feed back from you guys I started to exersise doing water arobics 4 times a week 1 hr each time. My weight loss is still going but I need to know if this sandwich is too much for me! thanks
