Has anyone used Lindora products after surgery?????

One of the girls I work with uses Lindora products all the time. SHe is not a Wls patient but has been on and off Lindora's program for several years ans swears by them. I took a look at the packaging and it looks prety good as far as protein to carbs go. SO while asking her about them she gave me a few to try, and they really are not bad, I was wondering if anyone has tried them post-op??? I am trying to get ideas together for after surgery!!!!!!!!!!
