Can you have Kashi Go-Lean in place of Carnation Ins. Breakfast, S. Free

Hi, any help would be appreciated. I have been trying to find Carnation Sugar Free Instant Breakfast with no luck. Tried the Jewel Food STore and Dominick's . Neither one had the sugar free only the regular. I looked in the diet section and found Kashi Go-Lean. It has no sugar in it but it is 220 calories. Is that about the same as the Carnation Sugar Free Breakfast would be and if so can I use that instead. I really would like someone to let me know where they bought the Carnation Instant Breakfast Sugar Free because I would prefer to use that as I noticed that is what everyone is using. Thanks for any help you can give me. Surgery is tomorrow. Open ryn at 10:15 tomorrow morning. Yipee!!!!~! I am so excited.
