Record's everywhere!

I have lived in 5 different cities during the past 10 years. I have had 5 different doc's over the 10 years. How long to PCP's keep your records if you haven't been there in awhile. Anyone know? I've been on 2 different WL drugs (Merida, Redux) but by 2 different PCP's. How will my current insurance deal with this, or what should i do?
