Over 2 months Post op, only down 37 pounds......

I AM LOSING SOOOOOOOOO SLOW, ANY RECOMMENDATIONS ON HOW TO SPEED THIS UP? EVERYOINE SEEMS TO LOSE SO MUCH THE FIRST COUPLE OF MONTHS.
