Anyone have BC/Bs PPO of Illinois?

Anyone have BC/BS PPO of Illinois. How long did it take for approval? How about diet history? Is high blood pressure, high cholestral, diabetes, arthritis, acid reflux, bmi of 40 and at least 100 lbs. overweight enough to get approval? Gee, I hope so. I am getting very nervous that they will refuse me. Anyone turned down with the above co-morbidites? thanks, Maureen
