Pain on my left sideis nagging me

I have had a urinary tract infection 30 days ago. Now I have left side pain that won't quit. Not extreme just a nagging pain. Do you think this could be associated with post-surgical response to the new diet/body structure? I am seeing a urologist on 1/24, so I am sure he'll tell me what's going on. I just wanted input from post op people. Thanks
