I was wondering if anyone out there that has blue cross blue shield hmo

get approved for a revision, I have a friend who has had vbg done and wasn't very sucessful and is wanting a revision done. she had started out at 280lbs and got done to 200lbs and now shes 217 just wanting to know if anyone had problems with approval with bc/sh hmo she resides in Denver Colorado
