I'm 4 months out and i was wondering
I was wondering how much fat calories we should consume in one day. for instance I'll eat a lean hamberger patty for lunch thats 4oz, 22 grams of protein and 8 grams per 4 oz how much is too much because I eat alot of meat. other meats have about the same which means I'm probally consumming about 24 grams or more of fat in one day. what should I change?
