12 days POST OP ....Is this normal?

I'm getting better, each day I improve, but I am soooo tired of either having to lay down and stand up straight. When I sit in an upright position my stomach hurts, is it because all my insides are mushed together? I just have this sharp pain on the left side were the 2 incisions were made.
