Have any post-ops had experience with PCOS?

I'm wondering...after surgery and large weight loss, will PCOS be helped? For example, with unwanted hair, skin tags, hair thinning, etc. I'm past fertility age so I could care less if I could get pregnant! Thanks for any insight.
