Has anyone suffered from a bowel distention?

I had VBG in 1984 and a revision to RNY (open, proximal) in 7/00. I had lost 115 lbs since the revision but then since Feb 2002 have gained over 60 lbs. After getting a second opinion, it was found I have bowel distention which has in essence created a "second pouch". One option is to have yet another revision with jejunal interposition and distal RNY. Has anyone experienced such a thing? Is there any other option?
