What about sugar in vitamins?

I just purchased some grocery store brand childrens vitamins...they have all kinds of good nutrients in them. After I got them home, I was looking at the ingrediants...and the first thing listed is Sugar. Are their childrens vitamins that don't have sugar, or is the amount of sugar so insignificant that it won't make you dump??? Thanks.
