I will be attending my new patient orientation....

what should I expect? I have been waiting forever it seems for this day and its only the beginning of my journey, I finally got a doctor to see me with a BMI of 35 and MAJOR co-Morbs and I have to attend a new patient orientation before setting up everything else...Does everyone have to do this and what will happen??
