Looking for a support group for pre-op/post op pts having AGB

I hear alot about other surgeries in this chat room but not alot about AGB. I would like to go to a support group and hear about pre and post op issues thoughts concerns etc. I am having surgery at Loyola but dont live that close to there but would go if thats the closest. HELP!!!!!!
