Does anyone know where I can find....

I need a safe bleach for facial hair and arm hair. Does anyone know of any brands I could try? I am tired of looking like I have a mustache, and I refuse to wax my upper lip. No offense at all to people who do, it's just not something I would ever do. Also, the hair on my arms is really dark too. I would like to lighten that. Any suggestions?
