Can someone tell me what happens when you have an infection

Hi, Post-op Lap RNY 2 weeks. Have 7 small less than 1 inch incisions and 1 drain hole. One incision is infected, I noticed it today. Another isnt infected but it seems real hard around the edges. I go to my surgeon tomorrow and was wondering if someone could tell me what to expect. Will he just put me on antibiotics? It looks like the skin isnt meeting to heal, he told me that I am stitched on the inside. Was hoping someone could tell me what Im in for tomorrow. Also what does it mean when one incision is hard. (7 incisions secondary to big ole liver..lol). Thank you.
