I am almost 4 months post-op and I have been running a low grade fever for a week

I started getting a cold last week and had a fever with that. I kicked the cold very quickly and have been feeling pretty good, however I have been running a fever since Friday. It ranges from 99 to 102.3. I really don't feel too bad, just a little drained. I called my PCP and they set me up for an appointment on Friday. Should I wait? Should I be concerned?
